ABOUT US

We create direct lines of communication between investors and companies via shareholder targeting and analytics.

Clearing the way for opportune connections.

Until recently, corporate-investor relationships were highly mediated by outside parties. While companies often struggled to find a diverse mix of impactful, high-quality investors, investors were unable to directly access management teams without paying hefty commissions.

ICR Investor Access was created to be an independent watchdog that looks out for the best interest of both parties. We provide target lists and manage meeting requests to help save time and costs for all participants. The end goal is to facilitate value-added relationships that promote growth and innovation.
